6. Backups
Cloud Services
- Backup slots can be purchased as a product addon.
- Monitoring of backups as well as consistency checks is the customer’s responsibility.
- Onsite and offsite backups based on Acronis are available as additional product offerings.
In addition to the above, we will do courtesy backups
- Weekly backups (usually more regularly).
- We keep at least 2 copies of every server.
- Please be advised that this is done on a best-effort basis and that Sailexhost won’t be held reliable in case these backups cannot be recovered.
